The Legend of Lord Krishna

 

As per this legend Narkasur was a great devil who holed 16000 girls forcibly and treated them just like his service girls. He even took the diamond earrings of mother Adity. The Lord Krishna when came to know about such a filthy act of Narkasur. He went to Narkasur kingdom killed him and got all the sixteen thousand girls free from the slavery of Narkasur. After stabbing the demon Narkasur, Lord Krishna having spots of Narkasur blood on his chest went to his sister Subhadra's home. Took bath there and then Subhadra erected the holy protective tilak on his forehead and offered delicious eatables to Lord Krishna. After recovering from the fight fatique lord Krishna went to mother Adity to return her kundals (Earrings). The day Krishna visited his sister Subhadra's house was the same day of Kartic Dwitya
